Item Availability
In Stock Items
Most orders for items currently in stock begin the order process as soon as your online or phone order is completed. If your item is in-stock it will be shipped once payment is approved and the billing and shipping addresses are verified.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
Preordered or backordered items that are not yet in stock, will be shipped once product arrives in our PJ Harlow warehouse. You will be notified of shipping time frames on your backordered items within 48 hours of order submission.
Availability of other in-stock choices may be discussed with one of our customer service team members for immediate delivery.
